We provide free counselling services for adults, children and young people. The Me-Time service is for ages 5 – 18. We offer face to face, online and telephone counselling sessions for both services.
Our counselling service is confidential and provided by a team of professionally trained volunteer counsellors. They hold postgraduate diplomas in counselling. Have training and experience in counselling children and young people, and are members of both or either BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and COSCA (Confederation of Scottish Counselling Agencies). They also receive mandatory training in equality and diversity, including institutional racism.
