An exciting opportunity to support the advancement of the equalities agenda in Aberdeen City, combining both strategic and community engagement work.  Working closely with GREC’s General Manager, key to the post is supporting Aberdeen City Council in delivering their Equality Outcomes.

The role will involve engaging with community groups, attending, supporting and developing various equalities-related fora, working with a team of volunteers and the GREC staff team.  Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, able to communicate effectively with a variety of partners, highly organised and committed to the equalities agenda.
